Dr Claudia Marino
Dr Claudia was born, raised and educated here in Perth, first with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and then later pursuing her childhood dream by completing the Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at UWA.
While welcoming all patients into her surgery needing any aspects of dentistry, she is particularly fond of preventative intervention for kids and adults alike. She enjoys educating patients on their current situation, ensuring they have the right tools and skills for home prevention to easily incorporate into every day life, and if anything needs restoration explaining how it happened and how it can be prevented from happening again. She tries to use the most minimally invasive techniques possible to ensure good short, medium and long term dental health. More recently she has become interested in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry and as such is undertaking further studies in orthodontics. You can expect a very open, relaxed and unprejudiced attitude to match an enthusiastic chatty personality, and even under the dental mask rest assured she wears a smile.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Claudia likes to be in the kitchen experimenting with traditional recipes of her Italian heritage. She enjoys reading, is interested in fashion and interior architecture, and when not at the surgery is probably spending time with her family.
